Your buckle looks like an 18th century decorated buckle....
There is also a possibilty its a 16th century buckle in very good condition......

it just seems old.
18th century is up to 300 years old and 16th century even older....
Pretty good finds for a start on your land......
The pin i'm not to sure about....not my thing....
Try looking here http://www.ukdfd.co.uk/ and change your searches to see if there is anything similar recorded...
also type in buckles and see if you can find something like yours....
