ID Help please

Found this yesterday, Being a Newbie I am not clued up on artifacts, coins are alot easier to identify. This is copper alloy of some sort. Please have a look and see what you think.

This is the back. It would appear to have had some kind of clasp on it.

Wondering if its not a clothes fastener of some sort.......what sort of size is it?
Nice find though......no doubt someone will solve the mystery...

It's about 60mm across.
