Lovely Gold Watch Chain there Slippery, so chuffed for you mate. I have had gold rings galore over the years but never a gold chain of any description.

Are there any hallmarks on it to give you an age?

Great day mate! Well saved! Have to hand that one to the cops for a bit though, I fancy it's a fairly recent loss, but I should imagine you'll get it back.
Recent finds: Papal Bulla of Clement V, Mary Groat, James 1st Scottish 20p, Republican Silver Denarius 130BC, Trajan Silver Denarius, Edward VII Hammered Shilling.
