Any treasure to find at tenby beach???

Post by Black81 »

Hello all

I'm off to tenby for a week soon, the boss (the wife) has given the green light on taking the metal detector! Just wondering what tenby beach is like for finds?? If so any tips for detecting there?!

Many thanks

Hi DB
Tenby is a very good beach, lots to find on there, even better after a storm though, was up there a few weeks back and there was alot of extra sand that realy needs shifting, i have found that saundersfoot can be the better of the two beaches, but thats just my opinion. :)

Tenby can be good but Saundersfoot at low tide is very good
a few hours after low tide too much sand on beach and full of junk.
Enjoy your stay.....PaulB. B-)
