Do you get a cleaner signal with Ear Defender Headphones?

Post by Deusdigger »

Hi

I have a Deus, and I am considering purchasing some headphones, (i.e. like ear defenders).

From experience, would anyone rate them against the standard pair that are supplied with the Deus?, ok, I assume they are more comfortable and probably keep your ears warmer, but do they make the signals any clearer and crisp??

Also, I have been told the round controller on the standard headphones just unclips and clips on to a converted pair, is this correct? (before I pull the box from the headphones and break them!.)

One final question, how do I add a profile photo? I am a newbie to the site and thought I was savvy with a pc but I cannot figure this one out, I see others with a profile photo and just wondered how?

Apologies if this is not in the correct part of the forum, but would defiantly like a bit of info on the headphones.

Thanks [:)

I rate the standard 'phones that come with the Deus.
So light that you forget you've got 'em on!
Level 7 is plenty for me.

I find that if I use ear buds plugged into the jack, they are way too loud!

I have a pair of full size 'phones but found them to be too hot at times and the wire got in the way.

Everyone to their own ;)

I use Peltor Ear defenders in the winter months to keep the winter wind sounds out.

The back phones are nice to use when the warmer weather is with us.

I just slide the controller off when switching headsets. ::g Jerry.
