Is this a good price

Hi Guys,
I have just purchased the following for £180.00 and am hoping it is a good deal.

Garrett Euro Ace - 6 months old
Used once a week
very clean condition
no headphones, coil covers etc..
control box cover included.

I think it is a decent deal but what do you guys think?

thats a good price for a euro ace mate all you need then is a larger coil to make it the ultimate starter or back up machine.

what size coil should i be upgrading to?
This one has an 8.5 x 12 PROformance double D search coli.

I also need headphones, coil cover, and a mini spade if anyone can advise a good brand. I am always happy to pay a little more for quality..

a good mini spade is the roughneck screwfix do them for about 13.00 they do 2 styles i prefer the pointed version hope this helps

Thanks for the good advice Glenfiddich. Ill be ordering from them headphones, Draper Spade, coil cover and a Garrett Pro-pointer this week.
You're right about the coil cover also, it is there and a real tight fit, I thought i was breaking the coil trying to prize the cover off. It is in a filthy state and scratched to bits. For £11.00 i think ill have a nice shiny new one.
I have a permission ready for the 5th July but could do with somewhere now to set up the machine and being an impatient bloke with a new toy to also have a play!
