1st attempt on beach with rapier 1 any tips or advice??

morning all, hope all well
so got my permit for crown estate sorted, and will be having a day on the east coast 1 day btween sat to nxt sat
just got my self a new 10x 12 SEF coil in the post today hopefully, pro pointer & sand scoop so ready to go lol ::g

this will be my first day out on the coast so any tips or advice with settings or any thing would be useful & appreciated
no idea if the rapier will be any gud and sand/wet sand but gonna give it a go any way....... ::g

i invited you out to meet us the other day when u posted but dont think u seen it lol
not sure what day yes looking like tuesday up to yet, me and my mate are going looking at the permit pictures most of the land is from brid down to withensea so will probly start at brid then walk south, will be going early doors tho make a day of it,seting off 1st light 5-6am me thinks ::g
early bird and all that lol ::g
