flooded rivers in southwest

so with all the floods in the southwest will a lot of good stuff get washed down the estuaries and onto some of the beaches, it must be worth a punt around those areas if you live there , what do you think ?

i think the floods will just move the light junk and lots of mud from the estuaries i have been doing a bit in the river and that's is what i have notice. do you try in the estuaries

no i don't i am a landlocked midlander but i am off to Cornwall Monday and was hoping a lot of goodies would wash down for me cheers Jez

i haven't try ed any of the beach's over that way but i am sure they will be good lots of coves

Well the rain came and came and came down but i did a little bit on the beaches and i have now decided that beaches are not for me i will stick to my lovely fields
and i found nothing of value nor historical value at least in a field the minimum i find is a horses shoe from queen Victoria's era

that's a big fish Bob i used to fish but only fly fishing as couldn't be arsed to carry all the tackle lol. but i did specimen fish some years ago for Barbel only

The biggest I ever had was just over the 12 pound mark from the river Severn . The most I had in one day from the same river was 43 all ranging from 2lb up to the 12lb and lots of those were around the 8lb mark. My arms felt like lead at the end of the day. They all came from a place called Arley. All were caught on luncheon meat

i have a frend that Goes On Holiday too arley to fish for Barbel. 12lb nice Barbel

Hi i live here in the South West and most of the beaches are sanded in and not a lot on them as no one has been on them this monsoon season

Yes get on the beaches no one will mind i have never been asked just check that they are not private ones Looe is not allowed i no that but Newquey is ok and most of them are ok but try to keep of if there are lots of people on the beach you will be better in the early morning or at night. B-) If near Plymouth give me a PM.
