Coil cover

Post by anne »

Remember to always use a coil cover, it is cheaper to replace the cover than it is the coil.
If in doubt,Dig it out.

I just wrap insulation tape round the coils of my two machines, its the edges of the coils that need the main protection, because that where they get the hammering when your sweeping the coil.

Kind regards and best wishes

Minelab E-tracs come with coil covers. However the etrac cover doesn't cover it all if that makes any sense.

Piccy, spoke to detectnicks as far as they are aware there is not a coil cover available that protects the whole of the underneath.

A tesoro frisbee style cover works but it comes in white and takes some of the looks away
