Found on Talacre beach not sure what the full engraving says. Anybody any idea?

looks like a pen/pocket knife to me if it is then there should be if the blade is intact a manufacturers engraving at the bottom of the blade where it pivots, and the engraving on the handle looks like Holder & Macke Ltd

Unfortunately the blade is totally coroded away so makers stamp not available.
