Post by frogeye »

Has anyone bought a Deus Lite from http://www.themuseum.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; £649 after their 24% disscount has been taken off.

They also offer the full Deus V2 and other detectors at discount prices.

Has anyone bought anything from this site :-/

Cheers ...frogeye..

What I like to know is this - "Dont forget our Forum sponsor Crawfords have a price policy, that they match any price inside UK".. So personally I would give them a call to check up on offer at the DEUS. ::g

Yes they have the full Deus V2 for £1229 after 2% that maybe cheaper than some outlets.

I was thinking of geting the Deus Lite , then doing a trade in with a second hand detector with a new control , just a thought.

Like John says a price match may be the best way to go with a well known outlet ::g

Don't forget that the new headsets are about to arrive very soon.

Got to be worth hanging on for a while. ;) Jerry.

Hi there, is it worth getting the Lite version for a reduced price of £649. If anyone out there can give me the pros and cons of this, I would be great full...

Thanks

If you normally go by sound only.. guess you be happy with the lite.. If you ever look at the screen.. gues you will miss the control all the time.. - Sure someone will give more technical pos and neg..

I do normally use a screen, just its the cost think. seems to be better value to get it at £649 and buy the remote later don't you think.
Could be wrong. just need some advise. I can afford the Lite now just. But If I want it all will have to wait till March time. Just worried as I hear version 3 coming out.

Cant you get an early Christmas present and get the full version.. Think most people will be happy with that the full (soon the V 0.3).. I understand the cost issue..
