I think Nev ands Stu are trying to clear that beach so that I do not find much tomorrow >:P which will be my first time out for a few weeks. I am going to have a quick look at Brid on my way up then call in Filey for a couple of hours before low tide.

Hope they have not found my secret , no detector needed, emergency stash for lean days. B-)

The trip to Filey is about 65 miles for me but as my Mother lives on the East Coast I have a good excuse to go beach detecting ::g

Top right looks like a 20mm cannon shell head. Can you take a picture of it on it's own please. It may well still be live.

Yep. 20mm head and still live. Enough power to take a finger off. You need to dispose of it I'm afraid.

Been doing it long enough to know there is plenty more there to go around, I have had a fair mount in the past so I am happy for others to get some as well. The one waiting for me is humongous ;)
