Hi guys
Went to Filey north this morn with filey lad beach sanded in snow blizzard coming down very little finds wise ladies junk ring minus stone £2.61 spend vending token and bullets not much to shout about ::g

Hi Nev, It has had a good run so time to look for other spots now, we have done well from that area ::g

Nice you are still getting out. I have been housebound again, with chest problems, since my last visit and hating it ;;z

Your right Ray it has produced well over last three months and has sanded in now so come on the storms thanks Tomo half going not many signals

better than me at felixstowe today . had 6 lead weights, pound coin ::g , old ship half penny and a 3pence bit.couldnt get near low tide as waves were huge. not good for 7 hours work ;;z

nice going there its a pity about the ring benign baling i found a few of them they get the heart pumping :))

Thought it was just me Nev. Bit of a disaster at the beach today, kept checking potential hotspots, but could not get a decent area today, 33 coins all modern apart from a couple old 10p, and a USA quarter dollar, Old solid brass ladies lipstick, strange how we dont dig these more often, I could not find the clay anywhere today, but we have had a good run ::g Image

Hi Andy Stu is the man to ask I've done a lot of the south from Filey to Hunmanby Gap tried Caton bay once no good but he Will give you some pointers
Wasn't that bad weather wise today mate and my 4.0l Cherokee gets me everywhere ::g

See how the weather gos this next week Andy, Cayton bay is a quiet beach, these days its only really used by Surfers. I am going to try a few new spots this next week. But quite a few locals are saying most of the Yorkshire coast is sanding in again, just need some rough weather. I even tried the Main Filey central beach today it was that bad. But something will turn up
