night time on the beach

OK had a bit of time to my self so i decided to go to the beach and give it a go in the dark
so off i go with a head lamp and me new scoop B-) . ill tell yea lads no more bending down
and rooting thru the sand for my finds with a buzzer
i was up and down the beach like a mini digger . i know i dug a lot of crap but it was no problem
it keep me warm and beats going to a Gym

That's certainly not crap. Jewelry and coins are decent finds regardless of junk jewelry or not. Well done for getting out

yes nevntl ill tell yea that thing would find a needle in a hay stack you miss noting with it
there where finds i gave up digging they where too deep i say they where big pieces or coke cans
and the tide was rising and filling in me holes i fond most of the coins in the one area

Spot on mate knew you would enjoy it once mastered it won't be beaten get a bigger spade for those deep digs could be good bling you are leaving behind

Hi Aspie, so it was you who got Nev's machine, well done you will not regret it. I use the Crossbow on the beach as well it is a fantastic piece of kit.

As Nev says you may be missing some bling if you do not get out those deep signals. It takes a bit of practice but you will develop your own technique for getting them out after a few outings.

Probably regret it for the rest of my detecting years but glad aspie is getting the hang of it. If it wasn't for job and accommodation constraints being a warden i doubt i would have ever sold her

Aspie,welcome to the Crossbow gang,i was lucky to buy the very last one,although i dont use mine on the beach as i will be using mine solely as a hoard hunter everyone has been very helpfull in giving help on setting the Crossbow up especially Nev

But to see your finds just proves how good these detectors are.

A mates just got the Whites Dual field Nev, and its impressive, worth looking for one when you finish the season this year. waiting for some cash to come from a auction sale, but if i buy another this summer you can always borrow my PI pro next winter
