O well done it now took the plunge and bought a CTX3030, I was saving up for the Deus but I saw this on our auction site and could not resist, Cant wait to try it out on my hammy field my Safari has found over 20+ on it, But its so full of iron there must be more there, lets hope ive made the right choice

hi m8 you beat me to it i was looking long and hard about buying one ,but have put it on hold for the moment ,i hope you enjoy learning and using it ,and it will be interesting to see how you get on with it and the finds you make . we will have to get out together again soon when this bloody snow clears . p.s are you gonna be at the meeting on thursday ,or will i see you monday at soham

Excellent purchase there a friend of mine was trying to the scrape the funda together to, he is saving for the deus to, but when i showed him the 3030 he got excited...lol, but he was still £400 short so had to pass. good luck with the hunting ::g ::g ::g ::g

Yes good luck with your new machine ! ive got a garrett euro ace and doing quite well on my permissions for hammereds and celtic ! so i was thinking upgrade time and then see what i find ...... the ctx was in the running ....
