Scarborough last night

Post by rattzzz »

Hi all,
Here's a few pictures of my finds from last nght. The ring is not gold just a dress ring, the spoon is silver hallmarked, a darts badge, a toy sailor and a nice 1900 viccy penny. It was a fresh night, but enjoyable, just me and my mate and then a young Polish lad turned up, he had a nice viccy penny, mate had a nice variety, but he will post his pictures when he gets chance.

Hi folks, was out doing a nightshift with rattzz last night at scarborough.
A bit of sand was in in places but still the CTX performed well.
2 rings not gold, an earing,no hallmarks, and a lovely spoon and a few other finds.
Starting to love the CTX and how it performs on the tiny finds.
I will post a better picture of rings and spoon later.
Happy hunting.

Hi uk lad,
I am no beach expert but the only advice i can give you is try around the spa area and then head towards the life boat end, where last night there were plenty of rocky areas exposed which turned out to be productive, however, there also a fair bit of crap. 22 bullets cases do your head in, but could easily be something good.
Good luck

Very similar results to Filey. Just seems like the high winds have put a lot of fresh sand on the East coast , may settle back down in a few days. nice finds ::g
