maysound a bit daft but when you use one of the preset programs in the headphones and decide to adjust the sensitivity or ground balance ect. with the headphones. will that apply to the chosen preset at the time ,can the presets be altered by headphones, thanks..

Ive only had the Deus for a week or so and my advice.....press the buttons and see what it does and says , you wont put it onto something you cant get back from and it does tell you what its been set to :-/ :D ::g

Yes you can change the settings, scroll through the menu and use the
+plus or -minus buttons to change them, when the headphones are turned off
you will lose the saved settings and when turned on again will revert back to
Basic 1,hope this helps

Are the "expert" settings available with just the headset? I've scrolled thru
and thru and can't find them....also can't find anything about this in the manual.

No expert settings on the phones, read the manual, then read the manual again
pages 28 to 31, hope this helps.

Thanks Les, I'll take your word for it, but I still can't find it.

Page 28 does not mention anything about expert settings. (that I can see)

Page 29:NOTE Menus accessed via the headphones have the same range of settings as
the remote control.
Remote control ON: Only the volume control can be adjusted.
Remote control OFF: All settings can be adjusted.
Press to access the different menus.
Although Page 29 does say what you CAN do, it DOESN't say what you CAN'T do.

Page 30 only makes reference to pairing of coil/remote/headset.

Page 31: NOTE
Each time that the remote control is switched on next to its
accompanying headphones, all the remote control’s settings are loaded
into the headphones, which then store them in memory even when
switched off.
This only works if the headphones and remote control
have both been paired and are using the same (serial number) coil.

Could we infer that althought we can't make "expert" changes with just
the headset that since they were loaded and stored in memory the last
time the remote was up and running they are there? For example,
tone frequecies and threshold breaks.

Thanks for your help. I'll get it eventually. :-/

I will re-phrase my friend, no you cannot use expert settings with the Deus Lite, there is no
expert menu on the headphones.
