predator headphones

hi all i appear to be having problems with my predator headphones, it almost seems like there is a loose wire as the sound some times comes and goes and sometimes wriggling the wire makes the sounds come back, also there is a crackling noise at times typically they are out of warranty . does anyone know if they can be repaired and if so by how please. has anyone else had this problem

My Koss ur 30's snapped off at the plug i spoke to my mate who has a tv & hi fi repair business he recons if the wires inside have nylon running alongside them it cant be repaired/re joined but if it's just insulated wires it can be, maybe an independent repair man is your best bet, havent got round to giving them to him yet though as i prefer my predators because they dont constantly fall off

cheers m8 i didnt like the koss for the same reason and got rid of them wish i had'nt would of had a spare set other wise doh
