Apology for swearing on a Thread last week

Post by east coast stu »

I would like to make a apology for swearing on a post last Wednesday night on the beach forum.
I have agreed not to discuss the matter within this post and hopefully those involved will settle their differences as soon as possible.

Although I don't know anything about the matter, and I didn't see the post you mention, I still take my hat off to you for your latest post. I think that most folk involved will really appreciate your actions.
It always has to be applauded when somebody accepts/realises that they were perhaps out of place, hold their hands up, and has the guts to apologise...especially in public. So well done mate ::g ::g

Hi Stu, I saw the post and the disagreement as you know I responded to it. we all say things sometimes,as things get blown out of proportion, and then reflect. But not that many say Sorry some times people loose focus to what is this forum is all about. I try to be a responsible detectorist and try to help others where I can. It take some doing coming forward to say sorry for what you said, So you have put things right, all the best . Rob

Thanks Stu for that, much appreciated by all on here. Its a family forum and that requires the highest of standards from us all (mods included!)
I will lock this off as otherwise we will have old problems stirred up.
Thanks again and good luck on those beaches, a skill I have yet to master ... Liam ::g :;@
