V3 non motion

I updated to V3 a few days ago no problems at all . Decided to hunt in non motion audio disc today. Thats the problem , I cant .I never had a problem in V2 , it was dead easy to set up and then the toggle between basic 1 and non audio without re tuning .
No matter what I do it wont balance ,a constant threshold that wont disappear until you take the tune all the way down down to zero or one.Then when you toggle back to say basic 1 and back to non audio the threshold is back even on zero tune .
In V2 it always seemed to balance quite nice at around 22 on the tune without any problem . Tried the usual, raising the coil etc, but the threshold does not go quiet .
I just wondered if anyone else has had the same problem with non audio after upgrading.

Will follow your post.. I did use non motion mode almost every outing. Great for pinpoint, even liked to search with it.. (came from a CS1220XD a non motion machine, so natural) I just yesterday updatet to V3 and have hig expectations to the Non Motion in V3.. So I hope the "issue" get solved.. Thanks for posting it..
