Deus Control Box Dead!

Hi All,
Upgraded my Deus to 3.0 a few weeks ago and then, having read the rubbish about it and that a new update is around updated to 3.1 on Saturday evening.

Turned off the box and proceeded to charge everything as usual, unplugged it once done and moved to my new permission on Sunday with it all fully charged however when turning on the control box, nothing!

Basically the control box looks dead, it wont turn on and when plugging it in I get nothing on screen, although you do occasionally hear a faint noise out the speaker (headphones and coils are fine!).

Any ideas?

It says that all units must be fully charged before the update.

How old is the machine?

The thing is, you won't be able to re-install the update if the control box doesn't operate.
Perhaps Nigel may know of a way to get it to switch on?

Sounds like you messed up the update by not reading the instructions to charge everything fully before updating it. I doubt they'd stress it as much as they did if it wasn't necessary. Hope you can get it sorted.

Thing is the update itself worked fine as I turned on the machine after and played around for 10 in the garden with it and made sure the control unit said 3.1 on start-up

Anyway ill let you know the outcome once i have spoke to the shop I got it from.

Several has been updating or again downgradeing with low or 50% Battery. One main reason to Be full charge up before the Update, is the the Battery indicator will Be off timing, until you have the next full charge. I think this case is one of them 1 out of 1000, allso called bad luck.

that really sucks mate however you might well find that its a simple fix......at lest you can still use it if that happened to my ctx i wouldn't be able to detect
