few hours after dinner

Post by Tomo »

Cant believe it took me 20 mins to get parked up today, you'd think there was a gold rush on the beach, there was millions of people all fighting for a space on the beach lol. Didn't stop me though, headed for the wet hoping to pick something up and managed a few coins. The water was that warm I waded into the gulley,s, boots an all lol. Got some pre decimal, clad, little budda, lead soldiers, bullets, little crucifix etc

I was coming off the beach at that time, and couldn't get out the bl**dy carpark! Found nothing decent today at all, but it was a very pleasant walk all the same. Did get stopped by a photographer who wanted to take my pic so she could paint me lol Well that was a first!

Nice finds mate, I think I need to find a new place for a wee change of scenery. Did you see the new wreck further down the beach?

I did see a spade trail around the rocks and nicely filled holes ::g.
The stuff did take some Winkling out mind between all the iron. Walked as far as the black rocks but never noticed any new wreck

Ha - yes thats me - like to see where I've been :) The wreck is an old minesweeper apparently. Right down at the teesport side, you can just make it out sitting on the beach, right at the end.
