The Results From A Four Hour Search On Saturday.
Spent four hours on Clacton beach last Saturday, found a number of coins in the usual area as well as some cuttlery and two mobile phones rather worse for wear. For the last half hour I moved over to the western end which tends to have a lot of trash so I used the discrim which although nulls out the low value coins still finds the £1`s.Managed to find five of them plus a £1 size eurocoin before the beach started to get overun by holidaymakers.

Haven`t been to Walton for some time - never seemed to have much success detecting there. The pier is still going strong as far as I know, the floor is concrete so don`t have the bonus of coins falling through the cracks as is the case at Clacton pier (wooden floor).
