Hi I run an AT Pro and as far as I Know the gold is very similar apart from is set up with different frequencies erring towards Gold...
The AT Pro forum will have lots of good info for you so don't be disheartened. also the main forum has great tips for all users.

A Gold forum would be handy. I know there are not many out there but there are subtle differences to the Pro. It is on the menu.....
