Hi, i made this handle from part of a bed frame and a handle grip of a handle bar from the dump it site, so cost nothing.

Hi all, don't know what the size requirements are, but in the TV Aerial trade, 1", 1 1/4" and 1 1/2" diameter aluminium poles are very cheap and easy to get hold of and standard sizes, normally 5 or 6' long, last two are 16 Gauge, smallest 18 Gauge.
