Regtons now price matching XP Deus full £1099

Post by GPR »

I have this morning just spoken with Regtons asking about price matching the XP Deus Metal Detector with Remote Control & WS4 Headphones from
http://www.themuseum.co.uk/page-GB.asp?id=94" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
at the great price of £1,099 .

As from today they are now price matching that offer. I asked Regtons if it was ok for me to Quote this and post on this website.
Just thought I would share this. :)

Crawfords did price match an AT Pro from 'The Museum' prices for me earlier this year. He wasn't over-joyed at the prospect, but he said he was a man of his word (which he was). ::g

I bought a GMP from the museum at a great price. How can they offer detectors at such a comparatively cheap price?

The internet is killing of the high street shops and also the small independents ..Look at the dimise of high street brands recently ... Comet , blockbuster , woolworths ... Today tie rack .....

Ecomerese websites are common place now ... I was in american golf recently and saw someone showing the shop assistant the same clubs he was looking at ' cheaper ' on his iPhone ....

Power of the net I'm afraid :-L

My work involves sports shops and the bricks and mortar types are closing down all over the place. They try to match online prices but its very hard as the online retailers or "etailers" do not have the same expensive overheads and when they do match an online price they can actually be selling below their own buy in price. Anyone buying an article over £50 these days will check online, one series of clicks and it arrives next day. Good to see some prices dropping, especially at Christmas, I may start checking prices for the large coil! ::g Liam
