Deus lite human waste field
I have just recently got a permission field in my area in norfolk and the owner has told me that half of it is fertilised with human waste, as disgusting as it sounds it's not noticeable while digging, but I feel like my deus is not getting the depth and is very chattery while in the part of the field that the waste is on. iv tried setting my gb and sens as best as possible but it still feels like it's not functioning as well as it does on the half witch has not been fertilised I use the deus lite so my options of settings are limited
Is there a way of dealing with this issue or is human waste a pain for a detectorist in general
Any help would be much appreciated
Many thanks

Back in the early fifties in the forces while serving on the Chinese mainland borders.
The Chinese coolies used to empty the camp "Thunder Boxes" on to their melon fields.
The melons were excellent and would sell well over here at a market place.

I've detected on quite a few fields with 'human waste' on them.
It's the toilet paper that is collected in sewerage plant processes.
It doesn't smell 'stinky' or anything as it's all been treated.
If you see a field with a huge mound of white stuff on it ready to be ploughed in, it's waste toilet paper.

I'm outside Old Trafford and there's a guy burning small effigies of Rooney and selling them to fans. Oh, hang on. It's a baked potato stand.

I'd put it on 'tracking' myself and turn up the silencer. Manually setting the GB is almost pointless on contaminated sites unless you are constantly staring at the screen as it can shift from around 60-92 in the blink of an eye, and you're meant to have it set within a couple of digits to that number, if it isn't it's mostly a constant nightmarish chatter, or no signals at all. I've no idea if you can do these things without the control box though as you say you have the deus lite. If not then maybe someone local with a deus control unit could help you out. Loads will disagree with this but it works for me on v2. What version you are running.

Current setup:

I think you will find that most fields in the past were fertilized with human waste.
It is actually not legal to do this practice now.
However, I can remember when it was and most people had their septic tanks emptied by the local farmer who disposed of it by spreading it on their fields.
It was actually an extremely good fertilizer .
Get stuck in and as someone quoted, "where there's muck, there's money.
