I saw footage on the local news tonight of Scarborough where loads of sand had been dumped onto the streets so I feel that more has been added rather than taken away.

Hi
Did Leysdown this morning for a couple of hours, few bits of modern change but "LOADs" of sand has been added to the beach by the recent rough weather, which is disappointing as was hoping it would have taken sand away. Good luck with you trip and let us know how you go.

Few hours at Cleethorpes today but nothing much happening.
Lead weight
Camera filter
Few decimal coins.

But it was sunny and warmer than I thought.
We had a great day out.
Roll on the next

Drove past Margate main beach today, decided I'd pass by (there was a guy detecting) went on to Minnis Bay, had some luck there before, this time though finds were sparse, did find a little silver coloured medallion, not sterling. Thought it was a St Christopher but when I got home turned out to be St Michael, was going to go home but decided to do an hour at Botany Bay, not much to show 21p.

Edit...Turned out to be silver after all...
