They use them weights as they are the Key to a decent catch Just Had To

if only i had detected burnham and found the pennys i would have found the ring i did find a ring were i was but not silver

location mate were theres coins and weights theres rings that new detectorist found a gold one in same location

let them ferret its the only way to learn lol you can find georgian coins out there personnally ive had nothing older than victorian off it

Do you ever go up to berrow or brean,
I know the areas fairly well but hardly ever detected beaches. I just wondered if any roman had ever turned up due to the I believe hillforts in that area.
