Xp Deus charging problem

Post by Deeceeh »

Hello all.
I've noticed recently that after charging my deus as normal, that within a couple of hours of searching, the coil battery level indicater is showing that the coil has no charge left? I would be very grateful if anyone could help me with this query, strangely the machine keeps working and doesn't run out of battery power?

No problem ::g yes you will need to take a note of your personal settings as it clears them all .. If you use additional coils or headphones then they need to be reinstalled as well .. Have a look on the attached its very easy to do and only takes a few minutes ::g

I, too, have noticed the Deus is not showing as fully charged despite several hours of charging.

The coil light flashes on and off after a couple of hours. This is to indicate the coil is fully charged. But when I connect it to the remote control and to the headphones, they show the coil as being only half charged.

Is the coil fully charged (as indicated by the light on the coil) or is it only half charged (as indicated by the icons on the remote control and on the headphones?). If it's just a display error, I could live with it but why do so with a £1200 machine? I'd hope it would work properly for that price.

Will reinstalling version 3.2 fix this?

Thanks

Steve.

Thanks for the advice. I reinstalled version 3.2 with the help of the video link.

It seems to be working properly now. Easy to update!
