My Beach finds today with SeaHunter 2

Post by dirtdigglerdean »

2nd outing with Sea Hunter 2

Only got 2 hours in as got rained off!! :(

Anyway found the usual junk grey matter stuff, bottle top, few ring pulls, few screws ,

in amongst that I pulled up a small anchor thing, then a few coins 1960 3pence, 1958 six pence, , half penny (i think date is 1939) and a boring 2004 two pence and about 20 feet away from the first anchor I found another one.

All these came up from clay level under the sand the sea had moved a lot of the sand to reveal these older coins.

I was expecting to find my first gold ring today but i did not have water proofs on so I had to go, had the right detector being waterproof it was me what was the problem this time haha

Anyway i thought id share my small outing today with you guys.

Cant wait to get out again.

Any idea what the anchor things have come off? I thought was a bit random to find 2 of them and they are totally different from eachother.

Looks and sounds like your in the right spot if you are on the clay. Slow down!! ( i say that to everyone :D ) If the gold is there( and it is ) just take it slow and easy and that first gold will pop up like its been waiting there all day to surprise you! Happy hunting.
