pondering!!!

Post by benny »

I have the chance of a deus with ws4 with remote (which id like) with 9" coil, its 6 to 12 months old with approx 5/6 outings!! now it appears that the warrenty wasnt filled in and sent back to xp. therefore no warrenty exists. I know its my call BUT do i go for it or leave well alone? are there any known gitches/ problems? also its fixed but v2. any opinions welcome, thanks Benny

If you get the serial number and contact Nigel at Regton he will know when it was sold and what warranty remains ::g

sounds like a good machine ,be good if nigel at regtons can help with the sale date thru the serial number. you say it is a v2 so it could be over a year old ,but it should be able to upgrade to v3 i would think .it depends also how much they want for it.

I have just bought the same from Nigel at Regtons on price match, which was a very fair price.
I also have the WS4 headphones, the new ones with the stronger frame.
I must confess I haven't filled in my warranty as I did not get a warranty card to prompt me.
I think it is a great machine, and depending on what money he wants for it, go for it! ::g

Just spoken to Nigel at Regtons about warranty for my new Deus.........you DON'T have to register XP detectors or probes etc. you just need a receipt of purchase. ::g
