Hi
Just noticed today when I charged my 9" coil that one of the two dots on the coil that you align the clamp to when charging looks a bit worn out if that makes sense.
Had the coil one year and have always been very careful when attaching the clamp to charge it, so am slightly annoyed by this.
Has anyone else experienced this? Will it affect coil's ability to charge ?
Thanks
Jim

Hi Jim, its a deeply set connection, so the surface wear should not really affect the connection? Mine gets a bit grubby looking now and then and I use a very fine wire wool to bring up the surface to a nice shiny finish. I bought a spare charger attachment a while back when some users experienced charging pin breakage but mine has been ok so far. Keep us updated on what happens, Liam

Hi Liam, from New the connections on these coils are covered in gold plating so any abrasive cleaning should be avoided, they should only need a wipe over, I think many people when purchasing a Deus are not aware and will use any means possible to clean these contacts, we have had members even use emery paper which has obviously removed the gold covering completely

And for anyone reading this topic please Remember that the LED can take up to 10 seconds to light up "especially if the coil is completely discharged" to indicate the coils actually charging so be patient.
Cheers
