I fancied one of them for an up and coming holiday.
Contacted loads of places in the UK and they all said the same thing, "Only available in the States".
Ordered one from Metaldetector.com in Southborough MA. on 16th July. $145.95 plus $62.45 shipping, £85 & £40. Bank statement says £125.48 deducted. Then I received a letter from the post office today saying where to pick it up and there is a charge of £21.43 import VAT and £8.00 clearance fee. £155 total and 15 days to arrive.
I pick it up tomorrow, just hope it works & it's not damaged, as the 1 year guarantee is completely useless, no way will it be returned.
