Deus like it got turbo

Hi all.
Tryed so many different programs the last two years, hot, sweet, two tones, and so one, but I never found one special program I really like (the tones). Now I got it.
We all know that our Deus, no matter what factory program we are using, that the DISC. will take some good Depth.
With the factory prg. I allso had hard to hear the weak small signals, those with no ID or high 97-98-99 because the signal was to weak, either deep down or a small object.
I'm a 2.0 user and the GM Program either 11 or 17 khz..
This is what I found out and I had been using it for two weeks now with succes.
Go to your GMP Factory settings program. 1. Lower the disc. to 0. (Now you will get the good tones no matter what find you got under the coil, but your Deus got 10-30% more depth.)
2. Still at Disc. go to Expert (first you got tones) then Expert again and now you are into the heart of your Deus.. The tones and Breaking points...
Only one adjustment shall be changed.. Press menu several time until you got the line where the second tone's Breaking point (76) is - lower that to 40.
3. Now you got it.
Your Deus will now give you the low conducted tone at Iron and the high tone at the low conducted finds.. The high conducted is not changed.
You just have to look at the ID time to time, until your got to tones into your head.. ID 01-02 low nice tone (no dig - Iron).
The Breaking point at 40 (could be 30-50) helps to hear those Maybee's - dig or not dig.
If you lower this to 6-8-10 like many other private programs, you wouldn't get the same easy way the hear the Maybee's.
With this new prg. You will dig much more deep iron and much more coke... Thats is the cost, but you will find much more goodies deep down. You allso have to use more time at every signals to deside dig or not dig, that allso a cost..(time).
Try it and I hope you like it, I did.

Hope those who try will like it... - its a simple way to get more depth and still keep the GMProgram.
You may notice a lot more Very weak signals, some deep iron but some allso a goodie deep down.

I am on pasture on the weekend but I have the deus lite so cant get into some of the settings , any recomendations for a lite on pasture?

If I had a lite version, I would lend a control unit and make and store some custom made programs.
After you did this and stored those new programs, your Headphones will keep them after you returned the control unit. Its like a Deus Big lite.

Using audio discrimination on the Deus is a great way of getting extra depth. I've been testing it out this week and found old pennies at 11 inches.

Use audio discrim with break points to signal low conductivity targets rather than just raising the overall discrim. Higher discrim will reduce depth overall but using audio discrim lets you tell the poor targets while keeping overall discrim low.
