I just ain't getting a chance to swing the md, work is flat out. So inspired by the guys heading off to Weymouth to do night forays, I too am going to do the same, massively light last night, so tonight I'm going to do a night session on one of the popular north Cornwall holiday beaches.
Hopefully report back tomorrow.

Good Luck, been out twice this week at 5am and I`m on high alert till it gets light. Constantly looking all around. Rough sleepers and others lurking around ,try not to draw attention to yourself.
Stay Alert and Safe.
Good Luck ::g

Good on you mole trapper, got to grab the chance to swing the coil while you can :D
It is lovely seeing the sun come up, was my first "all nighter" when I went with the ferret and really enjoyed it, it is in my opinion better with a buddy tho as you can chat and keep each other company ::g
Knackered the next day tho b;>
Good luck and I hope it goes well for you.

Well I went, it got cold then foggy, I found out I would be pants at being a night hawk! ::g
I was amazed at how much more chatty the safari seems at night with out all the visual distraction you get in daylight. The beach was literally thick with targets, most being junk left by the summer traffic.
Never mind I would do it again as it was fun all the same. Oh, and no good finds but several quid in spends and some useful leads.
Cheers,
Jamie.
