Deus control box problem - standby ?

Hello All ....

I was out detecting last Saturday and Sunday and on both days the screen on my control went blank after a couple of hours even though it was fully charged ... I pressed the power button and it came back on again and was fine for the rest of the day ... It was almost like it was on stand by ?

Is this a common thing ? Any ideas please

The remote enters standby after no activity for a certain amount of time, cant remember how long though. It usually happens to mine if I take an unusually long snap break as I tend to leave ot switched on.

had you had it on and not detecting?

...I was not/am not aware of a 'timeout' feature on the Deus remote.
First I've heard of it, if so.

Anyone else have this experience?

had this yesterday fully charged controller after about 4 hours blank screen then came on when pressed power up button worked fine after that B-)

Both the headphones and remote control have an auto shutoff that activates between 4 & 5 hrs if you don't touch any buttons
