First have you made sure the coil is fully charged ? if it is then you might have to pair the coil again manually to your remote control ::g
Its very important that coils, headphones and remote control are all fully charged.
Cheers

You can run into this situation, if the coil is not properly registered any more in the remote control or if it is out of range. Within the computer room the range can be limited, or you can have other electronic devices or cables disturbing the communication.

Hi all, everything went ok with the upgrade except .... the control box could not "find" my coil and after 120 seconds gave up and upgraded the headphones ok. Any ideas on how to upgrade the old 9ins coil? Liam :-/

I think I can see the problem ...

Looks like I will have to send the coil back to Regtons.
Plugged in again and downgraded to V2 :(
Interesting to see how easy it is to use the upgrade software though.
Tempted to buy the 11ins coil ....

Just bought my deus but its a lite version, is there a way to check firmware version and update it if required without the remote?

Thanks.
Graham.

When you initially fire the Deus up look at the headphone screen and it should flash up the current software version ie 32 prior to then booting up this will tell you that its the latest 3.2 version or what ever it has installed.

It all depends how old the Deus is,most folks are on 3.2 or 32 as the software shows, but some still keep to the older version 2,me personally prefer the latest version.Version 4 going by previous experiance wont be out till early 2016 i guess, alot of folks have speculated when V4 will come out as they reckon they have heard vital inside information i tend to take those type of speculations with a pinch of salt.Basically it will come out after it finally been tested and seen fit to be launched ::g
Equinox 6'',11'' and 15'' coils.
Deus 2 9'' coil.
Minelab GPX 14'' and 18'' Coiltek coils.
Fisher TW-5 twin box.
Nexus MP 13'' coil.
Nexus SE dual 9'' coil.
Whites TDI Pro 20'' coil.
