Cscope 3mx is a British made metal detector that works using the motion method, it is very sensitive and responsive and I urge you to check it out.
The newer version of this the 3mxi allows you to change the heads easily and comes in black.
The 3mx has a 20cm polo coil/head and uses 8 AA batteries that last up to 40 hours.

A very good buy for £100 !!!
I bought one of these when they first came out & was very impressed - i still own it today but
now use the 6MXi. My son uses the 3MX on the odd outing with me & he always seems to find plenty with it.
On a recent outing he ran rings round around a couple of chaps using other more
"expensive - but better detectors"
C Scopes are very underated & i would recomend them - they are very good value, well built,
have very good performance on British soils.
Their after sales / repair service is second to none.
I bought my first C Scope forty years ago - & have owned one for most of the time since !!!
