Split locking clip on backphone

Post by robin »

Anyone else suffered from a split locking clip on backphone. ?

The plastic on one of the arm clips has split at the base.

This is fairly new (few months only).

Thought I'd inadvertently logged-in to my Orthopaedic forum for a moment :-O
Fortunately, it looks to be a 'simple' fracture and should be a fairly straight forward procedure as operations go!
The prognosis for 2016 is therefore good. :D Be Lucky ::g Regards ss47

It should be under warranty.

I did not want to glue it or mess with it, just in case.

Well I hope that's not a common flaw.. was toying with the idea of getting a deus lite set up with Ws4 backphones this year. Just to try it, but if the backphones can break that easily.. :-/

I've used mine fairly harshly over the last 15 months, but no sign of a crack. Reckon you're unlucky, but I'll be surprised if it isn't covered by the warranty. I broke a charging clip early on, bought two so I'd have a spare, and still have two! Best of luck.
