My best so far is a 48 gram 18ct three drop gold necklace . ::g ::g ::g

My best find so far in terms of monetary value was a 22 carat gold ring found at Charmouth.

at different times and dates venues ...Wallet containing money £20 about and Id of its owner driving licence , bank cards pics .in the sand dunes . handed in to officers....4 full cans of Mcewanns lager... in date.... supped ...... then next numerous coins.... then next many kiddies dinky cars , then next full set of French Boules next then religious silver crucifix 3 inch...no chain ..next many fishing lead weights ...three gold rings..next referees whistle and tag beleived Scottish ..inumerable kitchen cutlery iems, beakers , several thermos flasks ... and tons of alloy bottle tops , ring pulls , drink cartons,nails and tacks.... ;)
its all in the rich tapestry of beach detecting ::g

Vauxhall astra and a jeep renegade in the same hole, ipods, ipads, mobiles, animal surfers watch still working 10 years on, rings, money etc and my favourite ring pulls. x;

My best find to date was a 22 carat gold wedding ring 6.7 grams dated 1854 found with scope 4pi.
Best thing about it once my wife had seen the bling she let me get my excalibur 2 :))

With over 40 years a tthe hobby my best without a doubt is my wife.......well trained here. ;))

Found 2 German bullets on Utah beach under sand without detector 4 years ago and found these on French WWII Beach last month again without a detector in 40minutes - about 80 of them and still Live for the most part

i think my best find so far was fifteen cans of strong bow dark fruit cider the bank holiday before last

My best find so far in the month iv been detecting on the beach is 2 one shilling coins dated 1954 and 1960 also 2 half pennies dated 1973 and 1974.

In the man made beach forest here in Lossiemouth near the old WW2 bunker iv found 23 fired bullet heads and 1 bullet casing. :)
