Auto sensitivity

Has anyone else noticed that if auto sens is used it never matches the green (suggested) value, even if auto -3 is used it always seems 3 units off the desired value. I read that the auto setting can work at a higher value due to the machine design. It seems weird that it is always 3 or 4 units higher.

Very rare that I run in Auto. Normally 26-27 manual.
