If your sure they are paired then may be worth checking that you haven't accidentally paired the headphones with a different coil when pressing buttons ,

Is the radio link icon showing ? ::g

Might also be worth checking that you Havent turned the speaker on rather than off on the remote ? Have you turned the volume up on the headphones ? ::g

Have you tried going down the menu and matching the phones with the coil showing on the controller. :) Jerry.

Make sure the volume isn't on zero! When the WS4 is on and active, the two main buttons move the volume up and down. It's meant to default to about 6 or 7 from memory, but I just wonder if during setting it up, you've inadvertently set it to zero?

Try turn on and choose speakers on.. Then turn of, and turn on one more time, and choose speaker of. Should wake it up.

If you look at the headphones when there switched on , you should see a wifi ish type symbol that indicates the coil is being picked up by the headphones ..in the settings you will see coils , make sure that coil 1 ( as an example ) is paired with your headphones ... ::g
