Hi all , quick question please went out yesterday and only had sound in the control ear piece and none in the right , headphones not been banged cheers dave

Check the ws4 module is seated in correctly, so all little Gold plated studs are making proper contact. It should seat home with a good 'click'.

Some have had fault on the cable - it can break..Hopefully fixed under the warrenty

Same fault with some of the 5's ...sent mine back and cable was replaced under warranty ::g
