4 hours on the beach
As today was my only real day off over the christmas period i decided to hit the beach with the ACE 250. After 45min delay due to a cancled train and one 20 minutes late i final get to my destination. Turned on the ace, set to all metal mode with iron discriminated and sensitivity down 2 notches i was away. First find was a rusty penny then a never ending stream of aluminium pieces and bottle tops. I didnt find anything other than junk for over 2 hours. Then i started picking up the odd coin, then an old earring, part of a hart pendant and a memory stick all fairly close to each other. Just as i was thinking of packing it in for the day i managed a nice ring. A day detecting is never a day wasted and way better than being stuck inside watching rubbish on the tv.

Nice one I always go on my local beach when all the land is frozen up and it always springs up a surprise just when you think you have had enough. Skeggydecector
