Looking for buddy in Lincolnshire!

Post by cmitch90 »

Hi all,

Looking for someone to keep me company in Lincolnshire. I live in Lincoln but don't mind driving.

Hi, I'm afraid I'm a complete beginner looking for someone to learn from. If you can cope with that, I don't mind meeting up. I live in N.Cambs and don't mind travelling by train, van, car or motorcycle.

I should add that I am recently retired.

Im Woodhall Spa way.

There is the Lincoln Historical Search Society as a club. Look them up I believe membership is maxed out but there is a waiting list and the turnover over members that leave due to lost interest in the hobby and other reasons etc does mean new places appear. Good luck on your hunting too! Lincolnshire produces some great finds but as I am experiencing more and more big companies are owning the land so trying to obtain permissions can get a bit tedious.
