Not so much a buddy as a holiday dig.

Post by claybank66 »

I am going away for a week or so week commencing 30th Jan to a place called Pilley near Lymington, so near the new forrest and the missus is allowing me to take my detector and play out. Is there anyone out there that will let me come with them for a dig on their permissions at all? I am not a big fan of beach detecting as I enjoy detecting on either stubble or pasture. I have been detecting about 2 1/2 years and I used to be a herdsman so understand the need to keep the digging to a bare minimum and be clean and tidy. I am willing to travel some so if theres anyone out there just give me a shout please.

I am not in the area you planning on a break but wish you every success finding some land to detect.

Many thanks for the reply :)
If there is anyone willing you can pm me on here. I would be grateful as I am being dragged away to chat to her family members and we all know how bad that can be ;)
