Buddy Wanted In The Chesterfield and Surrounding Areas

HI,I'm a little way past being a novice, and I'm looking for a pal to Buddy up with. Trying like hell to get permission, I have an advert in the free-ads, and farmers weekly at the moment and half a dozen letters and E-mails sent this week, but as yet no cigar. I have transport,and don't mind driving anywhere. I live in Chesterfield, so be nice to buddy up and go detecting with someone from this area, but like I said, I don't mind driving, if you're not from the immediate area.

I am from Chesterfield, but not got my new machine as yet and will be a bit rusty as been out of it for 20 years. I will be going to see/talk to some farmers as soon as I can. I also have a few farmers vist my place of work from time to time, so no doubt I will be asking them.
