coil wont connect

hello my hf coil will not connect despite following the instructions I selected the coil then an empty space then put the number in then valid it but still will not connect any ideas ?

Switch off a and back on. Try loading again as coil 3?

wrong software between the items ?are they all on V4 or ?

yes both ver 4 tried to restart but not connecting to the coil the numbers are stored but still not connecting the other coils work ok but the hf wont

Try selecting the coil on the headphones , I found mine was connecting to the base unit but not the headphones?

As a last resort you could re download and re install the software. Make sure the coils are near the Remote unit so that they can connect during the update.

I know this may sound silly, but it has happened to a few folks.

Double check the serial number, sometimes a number or letter can be mistaken.

ie B for a 8
