just thought i would add a few more details!

im a married 34 year old, i have other interests that include fishing, history and family time! i currently do not drive but more than willing to cover fuel costs.

i have a number of exclusive permissions which include one of an estate which have never allowed anyone on before!

i mainly detect on the weekends and sometimes in the week after i finish work (when its lighter outside) im a good laugh and like abit of friendly banter while detecting!!!

along with my permission i also detect the local harbour for that roman hoard!

cheers all

Hi fella
I'm just outside Bmth in Ringwood.
I've got one farm permission but not a lot of experience in detecting.
I'm a tad older than you but if you want to hook up, get back to me. ::g

Hello all I am really new to metal detecting myself so I am keen to meet up with some like minded folks and get out there and get learning. Based in Poole with transport and available on the occasional weekends!

Hi,

I'm in Poole and looking for somebody who would be willing to let me have a try before I buy. I've been wanting to start for a few years now but haven't been able to afford the outlay, but it's my 40th soon and my wife just suggested buying a detector! Woohoo! Under the condition that I have a go to make sure it's fit me.

Would love to have a go if anyone is willing to let me!

Many thanks

Mark

Hi Smair1981,

Would you be interested in meeting up sometime? I'm new too, 40 with a kid so have limited time but will get out when I can. I've ordered my Garrett Ace 400i and keen to get out as soon as it gets here. Drop me a PM if you want to meet up. I'm in Poole,

Cheers
